Normally no. Tenol supports recruitment and matching, while the business hiring the candidate is responsible for the employment contract, pay, working hours, training and HSE.

Tenol reviews the information and reaches out when there are relevant opportunities or when the service opens for the next step.

When is candidate information shared?

Tenol should only share relevant and limited information when there is a concrete job opportunity and the candidate has consented to sharing.
